SAFETY WARNINGS:

Turn Power OFF to hair dryer before inserting into holder.
Disconnect hair dryer electrical cord and use cord hook built onto the front of the holder to loop/store cord.
If hot, allow hair dryer to cool before placing into holder.
Use this holder ONLY for the storage of a commonly available hand-held hair dryer which fits this holder and do not use this holder for any other purpose.
Do NOT force or put undue pressure on holder at any time.

Safe Mounting RULES:

When choosing a location to mount
the holder it is important to do so:

Safely away from any and all water sources such as sinks, water taps etc.

Safely out of reach of children and pets.

Safely out of range of any future motions or movements which may cause collision with the holder and the hair dryer stored inside it, such as cupboard or vanity frames or doors, and also consider whether you will be reaching past, over or under the holder and hair dryer, and how much room you need to make sure you don’t accidentally collide with the holder and hair dryer within.

Do locate the holder within a safe distance of an electrical outlet and keep in mind the preceding notes 1, 2 & 3 for easier & safer connection to a power source.

Installation Hardware

(3) SHORT ½ inch (1.27 cm) screws Vanity Door

Vanity mount only (use only if door thickness equals or exceeds ½ inch)

(3) LONG 1 inch (2.54 cm) screws Wall mount (for use only with 3 self-drilling anchors shown below)

(3) Self-Drilling Anchors for use with 1 inch (2.54 cm) LONG screws only

For Vanity/cupboard DOOR mounting,

ONLY use SHORT ½ inch (1.27 cm) screws.

Place flat back of holder against surface of vanity door.

Mark both upper holes and one lower hole. Remove holder.

Before installing, ‘START’ the screw holes. Begin (start) holes until screws begin to take hold.

Remove the screws and proceed to install the holder with the SHORT ½ inch (1.27 cm) screws.

Remember: do not over-tighten or you risk stripping the thread and having to re-install to another location to make holder strong and safe enough to support the hair dryer.

Clean only with mild soap and water.

Do not use abrasives or scouring pads as this may adversely affect the gloss finish.

Installation instructions: WALL mount

Easy installation is a great part of this smart design.
NO drill is necessary to install into drywall!

Place flat back of holder against surface of wall .
Mark both upper holes and one lower hole.
Remove holder.
Screw all three supplied self-drilling anchors into the three holes you have marked. Modest pressure when beginning to insert and screw these self-drilling anchors is usually sufficient to install them.

However, you may find it easier if you first use an awl or small punch to create small holes before screwing in these self-drilling anchors.

Stop screwing once the anchor heads are flush with the surface as you feel resistance near the end of the anchor travel. NEVER over-tighten screws

Align empty holder with anchors and proceed to install ONLY with the LONG 1 inch (2.54 cm) supplied screws for strong and safe support.

NOTE: For hard plaster, ceramic or concrete walls it will be necessary to have holes carefully drilled with an appropriate drill bit followed by the insertion of appropriate anchors to receive screws.

INSTRUCTIONS
d’installation sécuritaire :

Avant de choisir l’emplacement de montage assurez-vous que le porte séchoir soit:

À distance sécuritaire de toute source d'eau comme les ‚viers, les robinets, etc.

Hors de la portée des enfants et des animaux domestiques.

À distance sécuritaire de tout mouvement qui pourrait entrer en collision avec le porte s‚choir et le s‚choir qui y est rang‚, comme par exemple le mouvement d'une porte d'armoire. Vous devez ‚galement v‚rifier combien d'espace vous n‚cessitez pour rejoindre tout objet situ‚ en haut, en bas ou de l'autre c“t‚ du porte s‚choir afin d'‚viter toute collision.

À distance sécuritaire de toute prise de courant et vous rappeler les points 1, 2, et 3 pour le raccordement s‚curitaire … la source d'alimentation.

Matériel d’installation

vis COURTES d’un demi pouce (1.27 cm) montage sur armoire seulement (… utiliser seulement si la porte est d’une épaisseur d’un demi pouce (1.27 cm) au minimum)

(3) vis LONGUES d’un pouce (2.54 cm) montage mural seulement (… utiliser seulement avec les 3 ancrages auto taraudeurs (auto perceur) ci-inclus)

(3) Ancrages auto taraudeurs (auto perceurs) …utiliser avec les vis LONGUES d’un pouce (2.54 cm)

Pour le montage sur une porte d’armoire,

utilisez SEULEMENT les vis
COURTES de ½ pouce (1.27 cm)

Avant l'installation, commencez … ® PERCER ¯ les trous avec une vis jusqu'… ce qu'elle perfore la surface de montage.

Une fois les trous perc‚s, installez le porte s‚choir, avec les vis COURTES de « pouce (1.27 cm).

Un rappel: ne jamais mettre trop de pression sur la vis ou vous risquez d'en endommager le filetage et d'ˆtre oblig‚ de r‚installer le porte s‚choir ailleurs afin d'assurer qu'il soit suffisamment stable et s‚curitaire pour soutenir le poids du s‚choir … cheveux.

Utilisez seulement un savon doux et de l’eau pour nettoyer le porte séchoir. Pour éviter d’endommager le fini lustré, ne pas utiliser de écurant ou de tampons à récurer.

Instructions d’installation :

La facilité de l’installation est un des avantages de ce produit. Vous pouvez l’installer SANS perceuse sur un mur en gypse!

Placez le dos du porte séchoir contre la surface du mur ou de la porte d'armoire. Marquez l'emplacement des deux trous sup‚rieurs et du trou inf‚rieur. Rangez le porte s‚choir.

Vissez les 3 ancrages auto taraudeurs (auto perceurs) fournis … l'emplacement des 3 trous que vous avez marqu‚s. En appliquant une pression mod‚r‚e, vous devriez pouvoir visser les ancrages dans le mur. Pour vous rendre la tƒche plus facile, vous pourriez percer de petits trous avec un poin‡on avant de visser les ancrages.

Arrêtez de visser les ancrages lorsqu’ils sont bien encastr‚s et que vous commencez … ressentir une l‚gŠre r‚sistance. Ne jamais mettre trop de pression sur la vis.

Alignez les trous du porte s‚choir vide et les ancrages afin de l’installer en utilisant SEULEMENT les vis LONGUES de 1 pouce (2.54 cm) fournies pour assurer un support stable et s‚curitaire.

Note: Pour les murs en plâtre, en céramique, ou en béton, vous devez percer les trous en utilisant une pointe de foret et des ancrages de taille appropri‚e avant d'ins‚rer les vis.
